He over valued my home by more than 23% even thou I told him how much I thought it would sell for. He's unable of doing the simplest of things. Could not copy the correct measurements. Did not upload photos without being asked, I gave him 10 days. Did not upload a floor plan. Did not advertise my property on flink when he said he would. He lied about the contract I signed. We spoke about going with other estate agents, he said I could. Turns out I can't. I am absolutely gutted that I have no other choice, but to line a con mans pocket. I would seriously recommend going with another estate agency. One that is honest and who will give you a quote over the phone. Save yourself £1000+.

Haybrooks head office just fob you off. They record all phone calls and mine clearly states one of there advises saying no contact whatsoever. There I.T team are just as useless. I live within 1/4 of a mile from S2. My property doesn't even come up in searches within 1 mile of S2. I'm absolutely appalled with the service.
