This has been one of the hardest things I have had to do! Joanne explained everything to me and sometimes a couple of times, she was so understanding and patient
I suppose everyone has to make a profit and probably without estate agents things would be really confusing and they take the stress off the seller

I'm absolutely devastated by the way I was deceived by their valuer. We talked about one selling fee he wrote down another. He over valued my home by more than 23% even thou I told him how much I thought it would sell for. He's unable of doing the simplest of things. Could not copy the... Read Full Review
