This is one of the worst company that i have ever used. once they get your money you are on your own. any complaints property are never followed up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF YOU DO TAKE A DIGITAL CAMERA AND PICTURES OF ANY DAMAGE. I did this and at the end of the contract the landlord tried to claim for damages that was already there. It then took months to prove it which they then accepted, but also afterwards took 3 months t get me deposit back.

We'd agreed an appointment at 11am. This was a verbal agreement + the confirmation email said 11am + the rep wrote 11am on the back of the card she gave to us. When we turned up at 11am, the rep had apparently diarised it for 10am. So either they forgot or something more important came... Read Full Review

We went to the office on a Sat and this lady Rachel booked us for the next Saturday 11 am for a few viewings.
