We'd agreed an appointment at 11am. This was a verbal agreement + the confirmation email said 11am + the rep wrote 11am on the back of the card she gave to us. We went to the office on a Sat and this lady Rachel booked us for the next Saturday 11 am for a few viewings. This is one of the worst company that i have ever used. once they get your money you are on your own. any complaints property are never followed up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
