Before going with Cubitt & West our home had been on the market for two whole years and five different agents. On a whim we called Ebba Morley, manager of Cubitt & West's Preston Drove branch. She was the first of any the agents to truly listen to us. But beyond being very professional we found her to be personable and extremely responsive. She sold our house in a few days, and we had moved within seven weeks of putting our house on the market with her. I would highly recommend that anyone seeking to sell their home in Brighton give her a call.

We advertised our apartment on a multi-agency basis using 3 local agents. Fox & Sons, King & Chasemore and Cubitt-West. I paid for a premoum service at a cost of £360 with Fox & Sons and received a service far from premium, which was a complete waste of money, their agents lived up... Read Full Review
