I found that buying a property can be quite frustrating at times - what with having to deal with numerous solicitors, vendors, estate agents, mortgage advisors and surveyors all at the same time whilst trying to do your own job! Having said that, from calling to arrange an initial viewing to collecting the keys on the property I did buy Thea at Cubitt & West was by far and away the friendliest and most helpful person I encountered throughout the process. Thoroughly recommend!
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

We advertised our apartment on a multi-agency basis using 3 local agents. Fox & Sons, King & Chasemore and Cubitt-West.
