We advertised our apartment on a multi-agency basis using 3 local agents. Fox & Sons, King & Chasemore and Cubitt-West. I paid for a premoum service at a cost of £360 with Fox & Sons and received a service far from premium, which was a complete waste of money, their agents lived up to the stereo typical selves, A very costly service which was far from premium. King & Chasemore were marginally better without the hefy price tag. CUBITT-WEST were professional from the outset, a premium service, premium ad for a fraction of the cost, the brochures produced were first class, far outshone those of Fox & K&C. Their staff were knowledgeable and professional and at all times courteous and polite. A great effort from them marketing our property which resulted in a few offers and finally a sale within 8 weeks of the original advert. We were constantly kept up to date with their marketing campaign and received regular feedback after each viewing. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Cubitts (especially the Fiveways branch). Avoid the other agents mentioned above. We are now awaiting the completion of our sale through the solicitors Again a big thanks to Chris & Thea at CW Fiveways. A first-class professional service.
