Chris provided me with very honest appraisal when he came to see the flat. His positivity, enthusiasm and professionalism were refreshing. He was able to achieve a tenant that was outstanding within 24 hours. From there the whole process was effortless and Chris was at hand at every moment throughout the process. Appalling incompetence by Shannon Steadman and Travis Knight at the Stoke newington office. Their client was the bottom rung in a house sale chain involving our property. Never use this estate agent. The service offered was atrocious and they constantly lie. They don't communicate effectively and are not interested in getting the best price for your property.
