After making an offer on a house which was accepted, Entwislte Green put the house back on the market and within 3 days they accepted an offer from another buyer, despite a phone call from our Surveyor to survey the house. Advised by Entwistle Green to complete the survey on the property we were buying after we had completed our current homes survey which was on the day they accepted an offer from another buyer. I appreciate the mortgage process was slower than usual but it was still only 6 weeks in. With 2 weeks to go until completion of our sale you can only image how disappointed we are.
