We requested a reduction in the price to attract more buyers and it despite being told they would do it that very same day, 4 days later it had still not been done. Ask them why " We've been busy" That's the response you get from their consultant.
Their only strategy is usually to use an open day which i thought was great but then i heard nothing. I decided to reach out 1 day before the open day was supposed to happen to figure out a plan, was i supposed to be tin the flat? who should i hand keys to?
All the things you expect them to advise you on but 1 day before, i'm told nothing is happening.
These guys try to approach you with cheap fees but i can't stress enough. DO NOT USE BERESFORD.
With the strategy they have, you may as well choose Purple Bricks and sell it your self! Unfortunately one person in the office got the brunt of my frustration but the frustration was built from the sheer lack of communication on every detail.

My partner and I had been searching for a property for a while. On a couple of occasions we were met by agents who pushed us far too much and didn’t listen to our wants or requirements.
Beresford were completely different. All the agents we interacted with seemed excited for us and wanted to find us a move that worked for us.
Karina, our property manager, was particularly supportive and we are very grateful for all she has done for us. Whenever we had queries or concerns, she made sure these were resolved promptly. Whenever we couldn’t respond immediately due to work, she understood. And then in the middle of the coronavirus, she made sure we were fully informed and that our next steps were in our best interest. Finally, Karina was a human being, someone we could talk to comfortably and feel we were understood.
We hope all continues as well as it has done because thus far the service has been fab!

Our property manager Karina has also been a massive help, making sure the property is kept in good condition and notifying us of any works that need to be undertaken swiftly, and also does not just go for the first quotation she receives which is a welcome change from what we have experienced in the past!

After struggling to find the right property in London for a while now I came across Chris when applying to view a flat through Rightmove. He responded quickly and had a viewing set up for me within a day at a time that suited me. He was very clear on his instructions for what I had to do if I wanted the flat which I did and after making my offer he responded to confirm within a day that he secured the property for me. Excellent service.
