We have rented our property through Goodfellows for almost 7 years. For approximately the last year we have been dealing with Jeffrey Brock. He is hands down the best of the agents who we have dealt with through this time and I really hope he is able to continue looking after our property! The 5* is for him and not a reflection of our experience over the full 7 years - others would score lower for sure.

I had Estateagents fighting over my property as it should have been a sinch to sell.
I went with good fellows as they were the most professional, Donna asking on our first meeting for proof of ID and rights to sell the property which showed me they had integrity and professionalism from the outset.
They recommended and amazing solicitor Jan Bolden.
Both Donna and Katharine worked very hard and professionally throughout all our difficulties and I can tell you it has been very complex and tedious but they never got annoyed or impatient.
I have also dealt with Amanda who also is a dream.
To be honest I thing over the 3 sales I have spoken to everyone at good fellows and they are all amazing.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with David on this property.
David works above and beyond to get the job done, however big or small. I am always able to get in touch with David immediately, no matter what the time.
I would like to thank David for his lateral thinking in suggesting we propose our vacant flat to the tenant in another property of ours which we are selling. This wasn't an easy proposition as it was essentially asking the tenant to downsize from a house to a flat - David managed to consult the tenant in such a way that has led to a smooth transition period from 81 to 71b Burlington Road.
Thank you for all your hard work and persistence - it has been an absolute pleasure. Looking forward to working on the next with you.

Complaints Procedure
Goodfellows is a member of The Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPOS) and we aim to provide the highest standards of service to all our customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded we have the following complaints procedure in place.
The aim of this process is to resolve all customer issues or concerns as quickly as possible. In the majority of cases we hope that any issues can be resolved quickly and amicably to customers\' satisfaction at branch level.
Stage One - Branch Manager
Complaints should, in the first instance, be directed to the Manager of the estate agency branch you have been dealing with. They will endeavour to liaise with you quickly and resolve your complaint immediately, no later than 5 working days from first notification.
Stage Two - Director
Should the local manager not be able to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can refer the matter to the Sales or Lettings Director at head office. Once received your letter will be acknowledged within 3 working days and you will receive a response within 15 working days from receipt of your letter.
Stage Three - Managing Director
If, after you have dealt with the division director, you remain dissatisfied you may address your concerns, in writing, to the Managing Director. Once received your letter will be acknowledged within 3 working days and you will receive a response within 15 working days from receipt of your letter.

Stage Four - The Property Ombudsman
If you still remain dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint after dealing with the Directors, and once you have received a Final Viewpoint letter from the Managing Director, you may approach the Property Ombudsman.
