Sold my house through a different estate agent yet bought house my 2nd house from rook Mathew sayers I can't thank Barbara and her team enough , Barbara would always take your call and go that extra mile ,after a bad start to my selling/buying not rook Mathew sayers fault , Barbara said enough is enough and she shifted that wall that stood in the way she is a great worker who did not have to do what she did for me as I only was buying from them not selling , Barbara moving and sorted less than a week thankyou Barbara and her team

An absolute joke of a company!! Myself and my partner have been renting a property for 7 months now with the absolutely terrible service from the repairs/support side of the agency. Beware of this company and the services they recommend for sure. Terrible. They were appalling. 4 months to complete on a no chain property! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
