An absolute joke of a company!! Myself and my partner have been renting a property for 7 months now with the absolutely terrible service from the repairs/support side of the agency. We have had problems from start to finish in regards to the heating, water and all round condition of the property. When we moved into the property we were not made aware of the ongoing issues of problems with the boiler and also electrical issues causing many power cuts. We were told by neighbours that the tenants before also had the same issue with no help from the agency and that is why they left!! They take weeks to reply to emails and even when they do not helpful at all and provide no information or support with the issues stated! Due to the electrics issue, we lost power whilst on holiday for a week and coincidently the freezer and fridge went off whilst we were away. Upon return the freezer was confirmed broken and we waited 3 months for a new one to be fitted with multiple excuses and lack of communication. In regards to the hot water the property will only allow hot water if the heating is on full power! THIS HAS STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED 7 MONTHS LATER! I am concerned that the landlord is not even aware of these issues that we present to Rook Matthews so I have passed my number to them for her to contact me with still no response. This was 2 weeks ago! DO NOT USE ROOK MATTHEWS!!

Beware of this company and the services they recommend for sure. Terrible. They were appalling. 4 months to complete on a no chain property!
