Worked with Cox & Co to provide us with mortgage and bridging loan - I work in a non conventional field so not easy to get a standard mortgage and loan, Chris at Cox & Co did a great job working through the available options to facilitate our lending. She took the time to ensure the process went smoothly and consistently followed up to make sure everything was done in a timely manner.

I have been involved in property for more than 30 years and have never experienced the excellent level of service from a broker as I did from Cox & Co. At the outset, John Cox set out various options to maximise the potential in my portfolio and we decided moving them to a Ltd Company was the best way forward. Carole Melon took over from there and arranged the remortgages, not an easy tax as I needed expat lending. There were several obstacles along the way but Carole managed them all with outstanding professionalism. Whether you're a first time buyer or a portfolio landlord looking to remortgage or sell your properties, Cox & Co will lead you every step of the way.

<p>Our search was to secure a first flat for two NHS midwifery university students, who had a deadline to get out of halls after completing our first year. </p><p> Competition was tough to even get viewings, but Lisa Currie from Cox and Co was incredibly supportive throughout, and was accommodating in working around our shift patterns, as we were both helping pregnant women during our 'placements' in hospitals. </p><p> Lisa was constantly in contact with us both, telling us which forms needed to be completed, and the deadlines on these. As one of us was on night shift, Lisa kept in contact with the flat owner, which allowed us to be flexible with deadlines - keeping the communication going between us and the owner. </p><p> At every step Lisa was in contact, so that we felt secure that progress was being made. Eventually we were able to secure the flat, which was a relief. - many thanks to Lisa.</p>
