WPR have been great to work with as we bought our home in Godalming. Always friendly and brilliant communication - probably the best we've had from estate agents where we've not had to chase much at all. Of course their interests and support sits more with the sellers so it's a bit trickier in our position as buyers but this was minimal really and overall we were very happy with the service and would work with again.

I cannot thank Simon enough for all his help to secure my first home! Being heavily pregnant and having to find somewhere affordable in a short time frame was very stressful. However, Simon was so understanding and made this so much easier. He did all the hard work to make sure we had a home to bring our new baby back to and we appreciate all his help! He is still now always a phone call away and will do his best to solve any problems (such as locking yourself out!) I highly recommend!

Simon was excellent from my first contact with him on the phone through to when we received the keys. He was very supportive, honest and informative due to the unexpected, awful situation we found ourselves in and that we had no control over. From viewing the property, setting up the referencing and getting the keys - the whole process went like a dream and through Simon's help I could actually get a good night sleep, as how it dealt with it so rapidly for us solved the situation. I would certainly recommend Simon/WPR as he went above and beyond to help us solve our worrying situation. We have now moved in, all be it, still surrounded by boxes - we are settling into our new home and ready to make happy memories in it. Special thanks to you Simon you were a star !

I've just completed a house sale with WPR in Surrey (Godalming branch). It was a complicated process, completing on the third attempt after more than a year. I have to say that the bumps in the road were handled very positively by the branch manager, who stepped in at the right moments to keep momentum going and help me navigate the stresses and changes. It wasn't an easy road but the personal service offered by the team at WPR was greately appreciated.

As the sale has progressed, Neil has been a godsend - keeping us up to date and liaising between the seller, the sellers solicitor, my solicitor and me. Nothing has been too much trouble - he’s always at the end of the phone to answer any questions and responds to emails promptly. I would 100% recommend them. Thank you Neil!

Complaints Procedure

1. Please raise your complaint with the team member that you have been dealing with. If that team member cannot immediately resolve the issue to your satisfaction then please put the complaint in writing addressed to the Warren Powell-Richards Partner for that particular branch.
2. Warren Powell-Richards will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 3 working days and we will undertake a thorough and full investigation.
3. You will receive a written outcome of the investigation within 15 working days
4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of that investigation please write to Tim Buxton, Senior Partner, Warren Powell-Richards at either our Alton offices, 78 High Street, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 1EN or via email t.buxton@wprhomes.co.uk. He will undertake a detached, further and full investigation and review the circumstances. If the complaint directly concerns Tim Buxton then we have an independent arbitrator who is a retired managing director of a national firm of estate agents who has agreed to independently review complaints on our behalf. Details will be furnished at that time.
5. You will receive a written statement setting out the review findings and expressing the final viewpoint of the Company. This concludes the Companies internal complaints procedure.
6. From initial receipt of your complaint until the final viewpoint letter should be no greater than 8 weeks.
7. Warren Powell-Richards are members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme. If you are dissatisfied with the final outcome you can refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman at Milford House, 43 Milford Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 2BP. www.tpos.co.uk You have twelve months to do so.
