I have recently gone through an extremely nervracking move, as anyone who has moved house will know about. And looking for a property to rent, just adds to the stress. But I can honestly say many thanks to Orla and her fantastic patience and efforts for finding me the exact property I was looking for and for the nothing is to much work attitude from you and your team. Highly professional and would recommend you to anyone looking to buy sell or rent. I know my next step is buying so hopefully your team will assist me again.?

Reasonable... not Purple Bricks but not Hamptons either... And based on the work they did to get this over the line, I don't think it would have been possible in a Purple Bricks model.

Selling through Gascoigne and Pees in Merrow, made us realise where a good agent (like G-Pees) justifies its fees. Its pre-sales - where they keep a portfolio of potential buyers ready for when appropriate properties come to market, And post-sales - where there is a whole load of progress chasing... The house was valued at £389,950. We sold £14,950 under this incurring extra Solicitor's fees due to first buyer not going ahead. This together with agent's fees made final settlement amount lower than originally anticipated.
