Absolutely terrible service from start to (soon to be) finish! Lack of communication with both myself (the landlord) and my tenant. Said they would call but only email.. Constant mistakes from overcharging, admin errors to “forgetting to tell me things”. BE CAREFUL OF POORLY WROTE CONTRACTS WHICH MAKE NO SENSE! A 6 month cancellation even though the tenancy agreement timings are different. I have spoke to multiple agents and they have all said this is strange. I would not trust this company and I am writing this review to warn other potential tenants looking at going into a management agreement, even though may respond and say contact me, they won’t do anything about it!
Joke of a company
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Connells Grantham business mantras are seemingly deception, shockingly poor service & timekeeping, and theft.
