Sep 22, 2024I have been involved in property for more than 30 years and have never experienced the excellent level of service from a broker as I did from Cox & Co. At the outset, John Cox set out various options to maximise the potential in my portfolio and we decided moving them to a Ltd Company was the best way forward. Carole Melon took over from there and arranged the remortgages, not an easy tax as I needed expat lending. There were several obstacles along the way but Carole managed them all with outstanding professionalism. Whether you're a first time buyer or a portfolio landlord looking to remortgage or sell your properties, Cox & Co will lead you every step of the way.
