Charlotte was excellent. The Property valuation was bang on, and we achieved exactly what we were advised it was worth. The service from the outset was superb, and very easy my elderly father to follow. Nothing was too much trouble Charlotte and her advice was exactly what we needed. The sale achieved the asking price within a very short period of time, with many potential viewers and buyers in Charlotte's contacts available to view very quickly. i would have no doubt in recommending Charlotte and her team to potential sellers, and will be looking them to handle anything we may need in the future. Thanks Charlotte and the Team, excellent work, Dad is very happy!
