Laura and Kim assisted us with the purchase of our house by constantly liaising with and chasing solicitors and estate agents. They were our 'go to point' nearly every day leading up to the exchange and completion date. They delivered on our requests as much as they possibly could and took away the added stress of trying to move the process on. My husband and I found them both to be extremely helpful, professional and an asset to our requirements during this taxing time, always keeping us updated by phone or email. We would certainly recommend them to friends and really appreciate their persistance in achieving our goal.

The process was made more complex as the house belonged to my mother in law who died before contracts could be exchanged. Judy and Kishal have kept us advised of how to proceed.
We would give Wards 5 stars

When we were buying our first house, Ward & Partners in Rochester were the first agent we had ever visited. After spending the rest of the weekend visiting every other estate agent in Rochester and Strood, we soon realised that Ward and Partners were far and away ahead of every other agent. The knowledge of their staff and the properties on their books were excellent. The buyer's scheme helped us to view, and purchase, the home that we had been looking for. Particular thanks to Nick, for his helpful first meeting, and David for rapidly solving some of the major problems we were to encounter during the buying process (none of which were caused by Ward & Partners). We hope not to move from our new house for many years, but would not hesitate to use Ward & Partners again if we were ever to sell it. Thanks!

From this what I have observed I can say that David set high standards for quality in any aspect his work. He was willing to try just about anything to help me to speed up whole selling process till my case went to solicitors hands.
He is absolutely type o person which is pleasure to do any business with and behave very professionally.
I think of buying another house in Rochester area and David will be first person I am going to contact again.

Ward and Partners have been very pro-active for us despite a sluggish market. They provided excellent updates of website visits and viewings. They were always very polite, caring and flexible to our needs. We always got very firm and good advice when it came to prospective buyers and our life was made very easy because they filtered out unrealistic offers and got us the best offer they could. Most importantly they went the extra mile for us because we were living in another part of the country at the time and they gave us excellent service by getting utility meter readings and collecting post from time to time a function way beyond their remit. I would definitely use them again and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

and Abbey said she had not done it before so was just watching i showed mr Curtis round then someone else knocked on door and abbey said sorry i forgot to tell you they were coming. she showed them round. then all other times i would get phone calls asking if i could see people round as they were booked up and couldnt do it.
Oh im sorry another viewer came with another member of the office, luckily i was in as the member of staff broke the front door and i had to show them in through the fire escape, (didnt go down too well) i eventually mended the door and they could at least leave through it.
.
I feel the fee i was charged was far too high over £4,000 for what i could not justify in anyway possible. admittedly i did have quite a few viewings but Mr Curtis was the very first one to view and he eventually bought it, there was no negotiating with your office, Mr curtis negotiated with me as he said it was quicker.
So overall you can see why i was a little disappointed
