I met with three agents when selling my flat, and the spread of valuations was considerable. M&P gave by far the highest price and already had a flat on in the same block so they were the ideal agent to partner with. But on top of that the whole relationship was very relaxed and easy. David Hill has a calm gentle manner that makes dealing with him a great pleasure. Together with his team in Chelsea and their colleagues in South Ken they brought good footfall to see the property and secured us a record price for this block in a timely fashion. I hope to have the opportunity to work with them again. Flawless performance, thank you all.

I gave my flat to be managed to these people. They didn't even go to look at it, therefore they did not know anything about it. they charge like any other agencies, but other agencies managers they actually GO to the flat, these guys never went, not once. How can they manage a flat without knowing what it looks like or how everything works? It's not possible
