The service provided by Tom Barry and Marsh and Parsons in Clapham Old Town was excellent. They quickly understood what we wanted and what we were looking for making the whole search a lot more pleasant and easier. Having nearly lost out on the property Thomas Crabtree offered it back to us and helped us in getting our offer accepted. Even when the exhange proved to be a lot longer and protracted than expected Tom Barry was always patient and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone

M&P Clapham letting is just terrible. I was renting out the property. On most of the occasions I was fixing issues with tenants myself to avoid extra costs which they charge. Absolutely shocking. I never write reviews but you need to be warned and not repeat our mistake of taking this company on to let our house in Clapham. Both Tom Crabtree and Tom Barry excellently executed the exchange of contracts on the property we were selling.
