Elizabeth Pryce provided such exceptional service. Darren Winter was one of a kind! He even went out of his way to find me not just any tenants, but the right tenants, even on his day off and also when he was not feeling well, he was still working! Irrespective of market conditions, he just kept going. He kept us informed with all information and was communicative throughout the process. I would highly recommend Darren. His agency services were fantastic and beyond our expectations. He was willing to go that extra mile to complete work to the highest of standards.

Having instructed Elizabeth Price in Chingford Mount Road to manage the letting of my property, I would quite happily and highly recommend them and their services to anyone who is thinking of doing the same. Darren Winter is my contact and the service I received from him has been an absolutely exceptional, first class and a personal one. I have been very impressed by Darren, he is very efficient and professional whilst being warm, friendly and extremely helpful at the same time. He definitely went out of his way and delivered above and beyond throughout the whole process, from marketing my property to finding the right tenants in under a week and generally just keeping me informed and being available to answer all my questions. Just wanted to say thank you to Darren who worked extremely hard to get the right person into my property. His approach was very clear, professional, efficient and generaly the process was smooth throughout. I even knocked a letting agent on the head who had my property on the market for a month with no real interest. Darren had it for just over a week before he rented it out. That's what I call service. Thanks again Darren.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers.
If, however, you do have a complaint and have been unable to resolve the matter informally, please write to the person you have been dealing with, including as much detail as possible.
What will happen next?
• We aim to send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
• We will then investigate your complaint and we aim to send you a written outcome of our investigation within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter.
• If, at this stage, you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a senior member of staff.
• We then aim to write to you within 15 working days of receiving your request for a review, outlining our final response.
We aim to resolve all matters as quickly as possible. However, inevitably some issues will be more complex and might take longer to investigate so the above times are guidelines only. It is possible that key staff might be on leave or we might need to seek legal advice or confirmation on issues pertaining to the complaint.
If, after 8 weeks of us receiving your complaint, you remain dissatisfied, you can then contact The Property Ombudsman to request an independent review:
