I've just bought my first house with Haybrook (Hillsborough branch).
The staff at the store are friendly and helpful, especially Helen Dyson.
Everything was clearly explained to me, and throughout the process they did everything to make it run as smoothly as possible.
Helen kept me updated throughout, communicated clearly in a very friendly and approachable manner. Everything seemed very efficient and well managed.
I would not hesitate to use Haybrook, Hillsborough branch in the future, as I really cannot fault the service they provided.

Our offer was the highest and has been approved. We received call from EA with congratulations and started preparing things. However next day they informed us that regardless our agreement someone contact with them and offered a little bit higher offer than ours. We felt very disappointed and upset as we trusted this company and thought that they treat people serious with respect but it was only a game with human's feeling and fight for money.

However next day they informed us that regardless our agreement someone contact with them and offered a little bit higher offer than ours. We felt very disappointed and upset as we trusted this company and thought that they treat people serious with respect but it was only a game with human's feeling and fight for money.
Past a few weeks we tried to negotiate the price with EA (in the same company!! and others) after final offer has been approved but ALWAYS ....ALWAYS EA said that is not possible as the price has been agreed.
The end of story is that someone has this house and they left us in disgusting position with bad taste in the mouth.
If you don't want to be in similar situation strongly please avoid Haybrook.
Highly do not recommend

The service we received from Susan and Joanne was excellent and they kept us informed of the house sale progress. It has been a real challenge for Jo to put my offer forward to the vendor. This was due to the vendor not responding to the many numerous telephone calls from Jo for at least a week. Jo has then written to the vendor with my offer. During this time Jo would ring me with updates or would be very patient with me calling to inquire about updates. The vendor ultimately responded to Jo's letter contacting her to accept my offer. Thank you Jo for your tireless efforts in getting my offer accepted and for being professional at all times. It was a pleasure working with you and I'm sure that we will have other opportunities to work together again in the very near future.
