Potential tenant unavailable to get viewing, had to leave a note in the our empty property to contact us. EPC certificate took more than a month to arrive after payment had been long paid. No courtesy of returning any phone calls. Worst than terrible.

I can only praise the service we received from RMS during our recent sale and purchase experience. A very complicated and frustrating conveyance was held together by David Machin, who did everything he could to move the whole chain, (not just the RMS customers), to completion. David years of experience and proactive nature shone through. I firmly believe that our whole chain has David to thank for us all gaining the desired outcome. This highlighted to me the importance of a "real" estate agent, not one up in the "cloud".

Also we think some agencies over value property so you choose them but all that happens then is you end up having to reduce. Rooks give you realistic and honest valuations.

We recommend the forest hall branch because they work hard for you and are fair. They also have a lot of properties on their books so if you end up in a chain chances are your buyer or seller will be with them too so the process is more efficient. They are easy to contact, they always get back to you, whereas these online only companies arent like that.
Definitely recommend them. We now have a brilliant family home because of their hard work!

Dionne as part of the after sales team has been amazing, helping us deal with everything throughout the stresses of buying and selling and moving all with a 5 month old baby in tow.
She has been very understanding, patient and caring and even helped keep my sanity at times. She never fails to make you smile with her very pleasant manner and makes you feel more of a friend than a customer, which in my opinion makes her worth her weight in gold.
I'm not sure RMS would be the same without her, so hold onto this wonderful lady tightly as she is definitely the one who made this whole process so much easier to deal with.

Over time my dealings with Rook Matthews and in particular with Dionne became more involved as many difficult issues cropped up. Dionne from day one was a great help in smoothing out these difficult issues and in acting as a go between with all of the relevant parties. She became involved in both the sale of my old property but also many of the difficult and complicated issues arising with the purchase of the new property. Dionne couldn't do enough to help and made the whole experience less stressful than it otherwise could have been. Her involvement also helped speed up the process when it came to resolving those difficult issues. Nothing was ever a trouble or too difficult an issue and she was always helpful, informative, and always communicated everything in a timely manner by giving regular updates and getting onto the issues speedily. I cannot praise her help enough. As stated directly to Dionne at the time of completion the whole process would not have went as smoothly without her involvement and she has restored my faith in using estate agents again after some not so good experiences in the past. Overall it came down to an very good customer experience and that was down to Dionne's excellent customer service and communication skills. I would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.
